- Where is my order?
- A tracking number is emailed as soon as the shipping label is created. It is also on the order in your account, if you registered with the same email address.
- I need a certificate
- Search the lab results library by compound name. If you cannot find one there, send us your order number and we will look up whatever we hold for your order.
- A size is out of stock
- Out-of-stock sizes stay visible on the product page rather than disappearing. Tell us which size you are after and we will let you know when we can supply it.
